Meet Michelle Fine
Michelle brings more than 23 years of experience in real estate law and 15 years supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant to a Managing Partner. Throughout her career, she has managed complex transactions, sensitive documentation, demanding deadlines and communication among clients, attorneys and other professionals—all while ensuring that the details never overshadow the people involved.
With an Associate Degree in Legal Administration, Michelle combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a genuine commitment to helping others. As co-owner of The Fine Group Business Solutions LLC, she helps guide the company’s administrative and operational functions while supporting clients through business planning, event coordination, fundraising initiatives and reliable home watch services.
Michelle’s approach is thoughtful, hands-on and personal. She believes every client deserves clear communication, dependable follow-through and solutions tailored to their individual needs. Her involvement in community events and fundraising reflects the same energy, creativity and care she brings to every professional relationship.
Together, Michelle and Chad Fine bring more than 55 years of combined professional experience to The Fine Group Business Solutions LLC.
Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience, along with a strong commitment to organization, communication and attentive client service. Chad contributes more than 30 years of professional experience, offering seasoned perspective, practical judgment and a steady approach to solving challenges.
Their complementary strengths shape an approach that is professional yet personal. Every engagement begins with listening, understanding the client’s priorities and creating a clear path forward.
Whether supporting a business decision, watching over a Florida home or coordinating an important event, Chad and Michelle believe clients deserve reliable communication, careful attention and service they can trust.
Meet Chad Fine
Chad Fine is an accomplished business and operations leader with decades of experience spanning commercial vehicle dealerships, manufacturing, sales, quality management and organizational growth. He has held leadership roles with some of North America’s largest commercial vehicle dealer networks, including MHC Kenworth and Arrow Truck Sales, and currently serves in a corporate wholesale role with Rush Enterprises.
Throughout his career, Chad has built and coached high-performing teams, managed multi-location operations, opened new branches, increased revenue and developed practical strategies that strengthen both customer relationships and long-term profitability. Earlier in his career, he led a 116-person quality organization at DMAX Ltd., a General Motors and Isuzu joint venture, successfully securing multiple international quality and environmental certifications on the first audit.
Chad is also a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Airborne Infantry during Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Determined Resolve. As co-owner of The Fine Group Business Solutions LLC, he brings disciplined leadership, strategic insight and a results-focused perspective to every client engagement.
